Responsible for creating the UI/UX design of our Business Applications for the SME market. The key when designing was to still making the process easy to skin for multiple uses and businesses. This included me created a tech document for our developers to work through.

Presenting and facilitating Apple core training to large groups of employees for the New Store Opening in Newcastle.

This included:

• Full induction training and scheduling
• Customer service Training (Apple Steps of Service),
• Sales Training
• POS/online and offline training,
• iPhone, carrier systems, Mac and VM standards training. 

Created the UI/UX design of the internal app and the expenses feature from design, development to the final output.

Add An Expense

Expense

Used the information from the manual expense form already in use, adding the ability to take a photo of the receipt and add it to the expense.

Mileage

Ability to log both single and multiple trips. For this we split the screen into two. First being Details, second would be the Journey Route. This would be for a Single route or Multiple routes.

Single Route

Simple form to fill in, with the From postcode being your work or home postcode and then a round trip function. Then calculates the distance and give the amount you can expenses. Saving it to the “View All” on the main screen.

Multiple Routes

Ability to add multiple routes within one screen. We came up with the way of filling in the form, and at the bottom there is an “add” button. Pressing this will “add” this route, and then clear the form for you to add the next route. You will continue doing this until you press “Save” or “Cancel” on the top bar. Saving will save all routes with the final expenses cost within “View All” expenses.

View Expenses

All the expenses and mileage added in the other sections. The expenses, single and multiple route are split into three sections and you select any of these items to view them in detail.

Export All

Created the ability to choose which month of “expenses” you would like to send. This will be send as a CSV file with all the information provided in the “View Expenses” screen. This also includes the photos that attached to each expense, and the title is currently their name and date making each one unique for Finance to view. Show less
