🎈 10 YEARS AT BRUIN 🎈 Congratulations Chris Rolfe on hitting 10 years at Bruin 🌟 You have been an integral part of the team and we are so grateful for all your commitment We asked Chris a few questions to reflect on his journey at Bruin so far... What are you most proud of from your time at Bruin? A couple of things that stick in my mind are hitting the £2mil revenue mark for the business and Sales & Marketing winning Team of the Year in 2019 when I first started managing the desk. But there are loads of other things I could say!   What has been a highlight from your last 10 years? Aside from the highlights above, I would say the chance to socialise and get to know my colleagues better, whether they have been working with me since I started 10 years ago, or someone who is newer to the business. As well as any opportunity to make others laugh at my own expense – for those who experienced my Country & Western performance at the 2025 summer strategy day, or my 2015 rendition of Sandy from Grease will know the vibe.   Can you tell us about your Bruin career journey so far? It’s been really exciting to see the business grow from strength to strength across a number of different areas. When I joined there were about 40 of us in a small (and fairly grotty) office in Blackfriars, but over the years we have hired some excellent consultants and business leaders, made sure that we invest in things like mental health training and D&I initiatives, and despite going through tough markets such as Covid have really seen everyone pull in the same direction. It does make me proud to work at a progressive and inclusive business. #workanniversary #recruitment #BeBruin
